1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the viatransfer.fr website, operated by LVL IA. By accessing the site, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the site.

2. Service Description

ViaTransfer is a matching platform that allows travellers to submit a ride request to independent private hire vehicle (VTC) drivers operating in France. The platform does not itself provide transport services. No commission is charged on journeys.

3. Use of the Site

• Use of the site is reserved for persons aged 18 or over.
• You undertake to provide accurate and truthful information when making any booking request.
• You undertake not to use the site for illegal purposes or in contravention of these Terms.
• Any abusive, fraudulent or disruptive use of the site is prohibited.

4. Booking Process

• The user submits a ride request via the online form, providing journey information and contact details.
• The request is sent to available VTC drivers in the relevant area.
• The first available driver who accepts the request contacts the user directly to confirm the details.
• The final fare is freely set by the driver. Prices displayed on the site are indicative estimates only.
• No payment is processed through the ViaTransfer platform. Payment is made directly between the user and the driver.

5. Liability

• LVL IA acts exclusively as an intermediary. It is not a carrier and is not party to the transport contract.
• Drivers listed on the platform are independent professionals holding the required regulatory authorisations (VTC professional licence, professional liability insurance).
• LVL IA cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, damages or losses occurring during the transport service.
• The user is solely responsible for their use of the site and the information they provide.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, database) are the property of LVL IA. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without express authorisation.

7. Amendments

LVL IA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the site. Users are responsible for consulting the current Terms regularly.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Caen, France.
