ViaTransfer is a platform connecting travellers with independent private hire vehicle (VTC) drivers. LVL IA does not itself provide transport services and is not party to the transport contract concluded between the traveller and the driver. Prices displayed on the site are indicative and freely set by each driver. LVL IA shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the services provided by listed drivers.

6. Applicable Law

This site is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
